MUSIC IS THE UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE THAT TRANSCENDS ALL BOUNDARIES

Educate SUPPORT INSPIRE

Music Against Racism is a pioneering organisation dedicated to educating racism out of society through the enduring power of music. By engaging young people, communities, and music artists, we aim to create permanent and positive social change. Music Against Racism positively influences schools, and initiates community-based programmes and events that engage the entire community. Music will always play a pivotal role in everything Music Against Racism does.

Partners

  • Rio Ferdinand Foundation

The Rio Ferdinand Foundation has partnered with Warner Music UK and Warner Music Ireland to implement a programme of positive activities, training programmes, development of new accreditation pathways and careers events and mentoring that will create a more accessible and equitable infrastructure for young people to enter and remain in the music industry. As a part of this relationship with Warner Music and the wider music industry, the Rio Ferdinand Foundation has acted as an ‘incubator’ to support Music Against Racism to establish its Board, its infrastructure and to provide a platform for representation at those industry and careers events delivered across the UK and Ireland.

  • Warner Music

From the outset, Warner Music has played a pivotal role in the inception and development of Music Against Racism. Providing funding, resource, support and ongoing guidance from Warner’s Senior Leadership, it’s accurate to say that Music Against Racism would not be here today if it was not for Warner Music. Warner Music has been a key supporter of the mission to actively drive real change, and of course with music being pivotal in Music Against Racism’s strategy, Warner, its team, its artists and its friends will always be central to the ongoing growth of Music Against Racism.
